Cairns is a city in the Cairns Region, Queensland, Australia. It is on the east coast of Far North Queensland. The city is the 5th-most-populous in Queensland and ranks 14th overall in Australia.

Cairns has multiple rainforest regions. Travelling to the north of Cairns you can easily discover the world of the Daintree Rainforest. This National Park is World Heritage listed and is the worlds oldest continuous living rainforest. This is the only location in the world where 2 world heritage listed sights meet. Cape Tribulation is a beach location in the Daintree Rainforest that has many accommodation choices and activities on offer.
